I keep seeing dead pigeons

7 posts in this topic

This topic might be weird and useless but I don't know how to interpret this. For the past 20+ days I saw at least a dead pigeon per day for no apparent reason. No pesticides or toxic substances have been sprayed in my city nor the pigeons are being hunted or something.I also traveled in different cities and seen dead pigeons.I keep trying to find a logical explanation for this, but I can't.At first,I got sentimental about this, but as the days went by I became numb.

Is this just a sad persisting coincidence?I'm not into attaching meaning to events, but this starts to disturb me and I don't know how to stop this.

Everything that happens in your life is divinely orchestrated for your highest evolution to heal your most limiting beliefs by being emotionally triggered again and again! So everything that arises in this moment then could only be a confirmation that you are healing. Regarding your experience, reality thought a dead bird would be the perfect set up to heal all confusion inside of you. Your loss for explanation is exactly the thing that is being healed out of your cells, so that you can have the space to trust more in this moment, knowing that life is always on your side, and always taking care of you.

Whatever you feel after reading this sentence is being healed inside of you too. In the enlightened state there are no thoughts, and feelings are balanced into a state of peace because they have healed, and purified all of their deepest beliefs in their subconscious mind that cause such thoughts and feelings to arise unconsciously.

Namaste.

Perhaps it is a synchronistic symbol.

Birds tend to represent freedom, higher perspectives, and even communication (in the case of pigeons specifically). Perhaps you are feeling like freedom and communication are not possible and that your prospects for these things have been cut off.

Do you ever feel trapped or unable to communicate?

I don't know if the pigeons have had this kind of significance. But according to Jung's idea of synchronicity, reality will produce ways to communicate certain truths with you through uncanny events.

So, I would explore this idea a bit deeper. If you feel trapped or unable to open up and be free, then you can take the dead pigeons as a sign that you should explore those aspects of yourself deeper.

You may want to see what the benefit of keeping yourself pinioned or trapped is. That may seem like a funny question to ask. But there is always some benefit to every behavior we take and every pattern we come to be in.

So, it may be the benefit of avoiding certain negative emotions. And you can ask yourself what those emotions are.

Or maybe there's some other emotional benefit you're getting from closing yourself down. For example, if you unconsciously judge others who are open, then you may get the feeling of specialness or superiority from remaining closed down.

Or maybe there's just a tone of limiting beliefs that keep you scared to change.

These are just three examples. But you'll really want to see what it is that you're getting out of this issue that keeps you in that place.
