Truly Scared of Pursuing Enlightenment (Is it worth it?)

The depersonalisation shows exactly what is being released out of your cells. In meditation we heal our mental, and emotional bodies at a very fast rate; and in order for these bodies to heal, the debris must first pass through our awareness :)

What you are feeling you are healing. Feelings also bring with them the thought-stories attached to them, and thus your whole belief system shifts and changes into one more indicative of a unlimited being of light.

Feel your hearts embrace of this moment of existence, and your love will awaken in everything you perceive ❤️

@emind It’s an acquired taste. My early revelations were very unpalatable to my ego. Yet once I went far enough, I couldn’t turn back. I couldn’t unsee what I had seen.

@Sashaj In my personal experience, what I mean by depersonalization is the sense, for a specific time period, that I am not located in the body, sense of self is expanding, And I see the body even, and try to get back into this egoic body and mind, but I have to move around and distract myself to get back into the body and mind. Its one thing to feel like boundaries are sort of collapsing, and that can feel blissful, but i see a depersonalization episode as more nihilistic sometimes, and accompanied with a lot of fear and screaming monkey mind, etc.

That’s exactly what happened/happens to me. I look at my surroundings and sometimes get the feeling of being „to present“. Like before I was imbedded into somekind of stories I viewed the world threw. But now it just seems to be me and this building for example. I am just here standing here. It is indeed a freaky feeling. I never knew what it was but your explanation hit the nail on the head !

I text you a PM.
