Those plans mostly are failed to doom eventually. Permanent solution here babes. It can be a bit advanced and kind of odd teaching; try it with an open mind.

In 2008 I had this nasty flu and I was just too sick to smoke. In the back of my mind I already knew I wanted to quit "one day" but it always felt like "not now". Then suddenly there I was, so sick I didn't even want to smoke. It was suddenly so obvious how bad it feels to smoke all the time.

That effectively became my "5-day plan". I thought, if not now, then when? Basically after a couple of days being sick, I had already quit smoking without any intention and without any trouble. So why would I want to pick up smoking again after that?

And that was that. I never went back to smoking again, and it's not even tempting anymore. I don't mind if someone around me smokes. Nowadays, once or twice a year when I visit my dad, sometimes I'll smoke one with him, just for the heck of it. Because now I know I'm cured of the addiction itself. The rest of the year I don't miss it, and it never occurs to me to start again. I know how it feels to be a smoker, and it has no appeal.

I believe the best quitting is the one that happened almost spontaneously without restricting yourself consciously

I stopped smoking when I started to cough my lungs up on a daily basis and I started getting a sore chest. Was told I could possibly have cancer if I don't stop and change my habits now. This played on my mind for days and I eventually made the decision to stop and keep myself busy with exercise and working on my business. Eventually over time, I stopped thinking about having the urge to have a ciggie because I was too busy and wanted my health more than anything else. You feel so much better and have a lot more energy when you choose to no longer smoke and there are so many benefits you don't realise.

Every time you have a ciggie, you don't realise or see what it actually is doing inside of you. It is slowly killing all your good cells and spreading what may cancerous cells in the future. Mind you, I was not a big smoker, I usually smoked once or twice a day and I still developed really poor health that almost cost me my life.
