A book that explains what I SHOULD most want from a book, and delivers it!

Basically a guide that would give me unshakeable clarity and direction for my life. Similar to your inital question @Nahm

If you were to read a book, and it could deliver to you, or give you anything, any realization, any knowledge, any wisdom, and knowing, clarity on anything,  guidance in life - etc,  etc. anything.....What would you most want from a book?

Clarity in the author's thought, translated into clarity in writing.

The book would have two words on only one page. The words would be 'Focus inward.'

Indeed.

But i wouldn’t use the word focus. I would use attention/awareness.

Advice on how to build a contemplative conscious lifestyle while being part of the "material" world. How to make a living and do business in a conscious manner, how to relate to other people\deal with them in a conscious manner, especially when they are trying to harm\sabotage you in some way.
How to balance spirituality and materialism in general.

@Joseph Maynor Thanks. How would someone have convinced you, a year or more ago, of that?

Indeed.

It is pressed upon people as youngsters that all answers to all problems can be found in books. Cultural conditioning keeps this pattern alive.

Maybe by bringing this to light that conditioned pattern will change. :)

Yes..

books have there place for practical-functional matters, but when they are depended on for psychological/spiritual freedom we have then sought psychological security in thought. To feed the loop psychological time.

Not to be fighting phantoms. Perhaps a guide on acceptance and how to live. Might be the opposite on enlightenment though, with talk of death.
