One thing at a time. ...

Some stress management techniques should  help. There are many meditation techniques for that, or use some guided ones if your mind is too wild to do it on your own.

Ensure you have a decent diet, enough sleep, some time to "expand" your space such as going for long nature walks, a nice bike ride, running out on the beach, etc...

What you resist, persists and less of you exists. There is a part of you that never leaves. You are not in; you have never been. You know. You put it there and time stretches.

Wow your situation is the same as mine! Exams in 1 month and just starting a new relationship. But I'm not stressed at all, I'm actually feeling proud of myself. I do have some habits that I do everyday to make sure I keep growing and don't stop.

-Meditation (gives me the calm and clear mind I need to stay present)

-Study my career (I love it so I just keep developing my passion)

-Study personal development (To keep growing as a person more and more)

-Workout (gives me energy and nice feelings like keeping my self-esteem up)

-Journal (to organize my thoughts and keep track to know if I'm in the right path)

-Affirmations (to keep my morale and mind set in the right way to be as effective and as happy as possible)

Kelly, start with forming one habit at a time. Yes there are ultimately many good habits to build into your daily routine on the path to self actualization, but as you've said you're feeling stressed out and what you want is to decrease your stress, not increase.

I'm also in college and I think what's most important first and foremost is to have the habit of a routine right when you wake up. Meditation, working out, affirmations, visualizations, are all great but meaningless if you do them once and not follow through.
Start a habit of meditating for 10-20 minutes in the morning so you have a calm mind for the day (if you're sleepy because you just woke up then do some light stretching/exercise beforehand so you don't get sleepy meditating). Then after that's in place you can start putting more things in your routine over time, and not miss a single day. It'll work wonders for your stress situation in the long run.

I was in your situation where I feel a great deal of initial anxiety in college. I recommend balancing relaxation, stress management and focusing on ending the semester. I see counselors and tutors and learning coaches for academic assistance and seeing my professors and this helps me greatly in managing my stress and being in control.
