I’m done.

I’ve absolutely f’n had it with many aspects of my life.

Firstly, goodbye to people in my life who aren’t worth my time. Who use time with me to try and prop themselves up on pedestals. Who only give a fuck about me  when they can try and one-up me, correct me or try and prove they are better. Goodbye.

Goodbye to not taking better care of myself.

Goodbye to not taking the time to prepare healthy meals.

Goodbye to not consistently following a workout program.

I’m tired of this lifestyle that can be easily changed.

@see_on_see thank you.

Your statement you made about my higher self reminding me of who I truly am is very profound. I feel as though I lost a lot of myself in the past 8-10 years. I’m slowly gaining that back.

@Joseph Maynor ? great comment. I found this very important. Appreciation, understanding, gratitude and most importantly acceptance, I feel they all are necessary in order for permanent, positively motivated change.

@spicy_pickles Congratulations on upgrade you made to your life. You are now Promoted from Private first class to Private second class. If you read books 48 laws of power, chimpanzee politics, our inner ape you get promoted from Private second class to Specialist soldier and If you read no more Mr nice guy and the Art of not giving a fuck and the Art of saying no and personal boundaries You become Corporal. Now going to a sergeant requires more work. This is where you have to apply everything you learned and also you must watch dream killer list by leo and buy leos life purpose course to be staff sergeant and shortly after you jott down things you like and You have clear Idea of things you wanna do you become Sergeant first class. and through trial and error and real world as well as people stand in your way, You read obstacle is the way and Anti-fragility by nassim taleb you advance to master sergeant. Keeeeeeep learning! Go through the ranks like everybody else. Its must in life that people and circumstance block your path but you keep advancing and advancing.  Harmful People will step aside naturally when they sense your no easy chump and have leadership qualities. Remember nobody is here to serve you. Some people will do because they love you or like you or think your helpful but not for too long, and you will do the same but not for too long. Care for your own before others. Learn self-reliance and little politics to get with people. Crying and moaning and hating will not solve anything.

Sounds like a ton of hard work to me.

Who would you be without the excuse of homeostasis?

It doesn't exist. This work is easy. Please let's not put anymore conceptual obstacles in the way for the ego!

You cannot escape to the homeostasis. You must not repressed it, accept It, every aspect of you is also you... you cannot just say to yourself you don't exist but It is still there.. homeostasis is after all good haha,

It's not real...it's only one way of interpreting experience. There are many many ways of interpreting experience ~ by now you should be aware of this by spending time in a forum with many egos all interpreting their dream differently.

Now THAT is some thing to consider! ;)

Hahaha! homeostasis is like your name here in forum, after growth you will comeback to feel the comfort and homeostasis kicks in and pull you down to comeback where your ground zero is in

Ok. I get the impression that you need to wait for Leo to bring a video out that will suggest otherwise!

I'll come find you when that episode is release !!

I'll let you into a little secret. "Homeostasis" is only real when we try to become something in an ideal. That's why becoming doesn't work, and that's why homeostasis is not really real. It's only real for you!

If you want tag him here ? Why would you wait till that day? If you want to convince me by Leo, Tag him here ?? homeostasis makes everything hard,.. you cannot decide to grow this day and your growth is going to the roof over night.. okay,.. tell me, do you  meditate?

There are other ways to free yourself rather than pushing for an ideal..

I've been attempting to make people aware of how to do this recently.

The problem is most are entrenched in this idea that change comes about by trying to make an ideal come true, but that's the opposite of self actualization.

Homeostasis is what happens when there is force against what is. That's why o said it's an concept that has no true meaning.

Everything unfolds naturally without ease when thought is observed as it is with no interference. Delusions and patterns and habits fall away naturally with no effort because effort goes against reality. The reality is wholeness already. So making effort nourishes delusion that one is not already complete and the feeling one is not already complete creates addictions and bad habit.

See?

:x

It's very simple

Iwant to know if do you meditate? First

I REALLY appreciate homeostasis after a bad trip. You go so deep down the rabbit hole, to the point of madness, and then homeostasis kicks back in and brings you back down to Earth. That's when you say, "Thank God for homeostasis! Otherwise I would be drooling in a wheelchair in an insane asylum."

Never forget that homeostasis keeps your ass alive on this mortal plane. Which is why it's so damn stubborn. It's really looking out for your safety, like an obsessive, neurotic mother: "Honey, did you remember to take your sweater? You'll catch a cold!"

Hey!! Hahahaah!!

Slightly different context.

Are you a sheep? :)

Hahahaha! Slighly different context amp!! See! You cannot be consistent to your meditation,... you cannot handle the resistance and homeostasis there :D before you speak and teach something you need to know what you are saying, you are not speaking through experience.  Hahaha :P

i qoute what Leo said for Homeostasis.... have you read it? What are you saying?? Wait for a video of him?? Naaah! Just read what is Homeostasis for Leo ahhahahaha

I'll explain it again.

What people are doing is striving for psychological becoming

And because reality is already whole, any movement away from the fact is a movement into abstraction. A movement into an ideal. An imagined future. So that's what keeps you falling back into imaginary homeostasis.

Because you're trying to become something that you are not, reality says: hold up there, you can't delude yourself for long.

So reality comes crashing in.

It's only your belief in fragmentation that makes you seek an ideal.

When you are able to observe thought as it is without interfering you stop seeking wholeness.

When you stop seeking wholeness whole patterns dissapear from your life. It's the struggle that keeps the old habits locked in place.

Let this sink in for a while

Nice. BECOMING is big dudes. Its probably the root of all conflict. Once you see it so clear there is no going back.

I feel the same, it's easy after you set a course & follow it in a flow. However, once you slip & make an excuse to give up you will be able to make another fall & another excuse much easier, it's a dangerous voyage with many cliffs one could slip from.

My advice is to focus on the main things at the beginning of the day, while your will is still strong. As hours pass it will grow weaker & you'll argue with your mind over giving up. When that occurs just remember that you make the best decision when your mind thinks the clearest, when your mind is restless & not weary. Remember the beginning of the day & listen to that, do not make a decision when you feel weak but rely on the memory.

I learned this from my own experience, although I wish I had read it somewhere & learned to use it sooner, it would have been of great value.

Hey, not sure you have read it, but this is the idea behind deep work.

@Joseph Maynor 3 weeks ago I had that "aha" moment when I realized that no one will love me more than I can love myself =) .... So liberating!!!!!

You've slept a hundred nights, And what has it brought you? For your self, for your God, Wake up! Wake up! Sleep no more.

Good post, and it's something that I've only begun to appreciate. It's definitely one of the main root causes for most people giving up on things that they know are good for them.
