Practical Tips For Self Inquiry?

I’ve realized

•There is noone observing behind the eyes/in the skull

•Body sensations isn’t evidence that I exist

 

Anyone have any other practical tips for doing self inquiry i can use to deconstruct my ego more?

Btw I wanted to ask, what is your experince of using a journal for spiritual self-inquiry?

@Hello from Russia Journal wise, I use OneNote. For contemplation, I have a pad & paper, but I don’t write anything. I let the insights go. For ‘what’s next’, I write what comes. For planning (life) I use chalkboard walls and dry erase boards.

2. Read Gamana's The Yoga of Consciousness 

3. Watch Mooji videos on YouTube about inquiry and the invitation 

4. Practice accordingly 

5. Profit.

Yeah I’ve watched Leos videos, just wanted some other sources, with really direct practices,Leos Neti Neti video is really good and probably what i’ve made most progress from.

Thanks for the tip! I’ll check them out

 

EDIT : Did some inquiry just now and got a realization that there is noone experiencing sensations, sensations are just experiencing themselves.  Hope to dive deeper in that.
