What Do You Do If You Forgot To Do Your Affirmation?

So I completed the life purpose course and I have doing the life purpose related affirmations every day for almost 90 days now.

However over the 90 days there has been 4 days kinda far from each other where I forgot to do it.

What do I do now? Do it all over again or?

I don't know what those affirmations are about, I probably didn't see the vid.. But It can't be meant that you have to make some affirmations in order to get something, like religious people had to pray the chapelet in order to come into the paradise..

What ever Leo said in this video, it is surely a means to go further in your purpose and not to get stuck in it..

Perhaps you could watch it a second time and find the more profound sense in it?

Of course not, leave the past in the past. From now on try to do it everyday, I remind myself with a daily task list that I must do everyday because they are things necesary for my development and for my life purpose.

The affirmations won't work if you keep stressing and checking if they are working yet. True inner progress always needs a degree of faith. The thing inside of you that keeps checking if it's working is the thing that needs to be evolved. Your affirmations are probably more in line with a higher part of yourself, doing these affirmations are a tool for you to reach that higher self. But it's only one possible tool, it's not the affirmations themselves that will bring you to a higher plane of your experience.

Your affirmations radiate abundance, by trying to define or check up on abundance you are bringing scarcity inside your experience and thus restricting the flow of the abundance.
