a wholegrain bread, some salad, maybe humus or avocado slices, or grilled veggies slices like zucchini, some sprouts maybe, if you don’t mind a little bit of onion and tomatoes, paprika. maybe not all together but in a good mix.

advanced you could also use some chutney.
