LSD Trip procedure

Are there any reccomenedations on what to do during an acid trip? I usually go through the woods and journal. I'd like to try something new

Meditate, contemplate, and ask questions - specifically simple questions like what is love as mentioned in Leo's previous video. I definitely think the writing down aspect helps get some organization in there.

Do you play an instrument? Playing an instrument is great, I've had some incredible experiences doing that. or you can listen to music.

Take a walk on the comedown and contemplate some more. 

There's not really a lot you can do, just enjoy the experience.

@SgtPepper yaaaaaas, I play two guitar and piano however I heard about trips in the dark, idk if that does anything? I was thinking about  trying it?

Well definitely try playing music because it is very unique experience as a musician.

I've never tried in the dark, but I imagine it would be fun and introspective. You can also try using a blindfold. James Fadiman recommends listening to instrumental music and using a blindfold.

Just watch out for bears. I once had a bear try to sneak up on us in the woods while tripping.

@Leo Gura LOL can't say much there... hopefully I happen to live in the version of absolute infinity in which the bear was just a lion wearing a bear suit  

 

about the Lion? well, he's just a circus Lion and can even do push-ups
