100% commitment

I think this is important to be 100% committed to something if you really want to be so good they can't ignore you at something. if you look at great geniuses like albert einstein, stephen hawking, nikola tesla etc. they did what they did for their whole life. If one want to achieve similar greatness i think being 100% committed plays a role.
