Affirmations on the go

Hey guys what's up?

I want to ask is it effective to say affirmations when you are on the go (whenever you remember to say) ? Meaning, for example, when I am waiting on red light and say: I am calm, I am calm. 

Or is it more effective to find time throughout the day (let's say 5 to 10 minutes) to make affirmations like this.

I'd say that it is mostly up to you to find out what works well for you. For me, I find that it is very easy to fall off track when I don't build a habit into my everyday life, so I would do affirmations every day back when I still used them. The reason I stopped using them was because I found that affirmations didn't have the impact I wanted them to have, not even after using them for over half a year. My advice? See what works well for you.
