I'm putting end to this toxic relationship at last. It's not ok to continue with it. 

It's toxic. 

Since I'm not able to completely block him, I'm going to use alienation as a strategy to get away from him. 

I'm going to alienate myself from him. That's the best way to get away from him 

He is a bipolar narcissist. 

He is very selfish. 

I will just avoid him as much as possible. 

I will communicate with him every 2 days and mostly avoid as much as possible. I will put my own conditions on my communication with him. 

If he wants it he can communicate with me that way, if he blocks me, I have no problem. I have already blocked him on my main account. 

That's not gonna change. He deserves that for being a dick head. 

This has gone too far and it needs to stop. 

I won't be humiliated anymore. 

I am not even affected by his flirting. It doesn't matter.

  • Keep acting like I'm busy
  • Keep acting like I'm sleepy, bored, passive, uninterested, not feeling well, miserable, forgotten, forsaken, depressed, listless, like talking to an uninteresting person.

Alter visualization helps in alignment of goals. 

It's the entire set up along with the alter ego. 

It's based on 3 principles 

  • Law of attraction 
  • Law of dividend (through visualization) 
  • Law of flexibility 

 

 

Law of attraction 

You attract whatever you think or love 

Law of dividend - you derive the most from an experience visualized, at least a fraction of what that experience might in real time. 

Law of flexibility , you can change your circumstances in any way you want but there will be limitations.

The last concept is "Emotional Cleansing." you cleanse everything unwanted, emotionally, mentally detrimental and everything toxic from your life. 

 

 

Alter Ego is based on promotion of healthy ego or zvether. Although disengagement from ego can be practiced during detachment contemplation.

Twin Flame. 

Twin flame can be used as a tarot. 

Twin flame can be a guardian but not a provider. 

The affection a guardian is closest to the love felt with God. 

There is a distinction here. 

A romantic partner or spouse is just a partner and can be called Twin Flame Partner. 

But a guardian is different. With a spouse you have fights but a guardian will stay true despite the fights. You break up with a spouse. But you never forget your guardian. Guardian shows unconditional love just like God. 

Therefore we have two here - Twin flame partner and Twin Flame Guardian. 

God shows the same love as a guardian. But God is also a provider. Whereas a guardian is a supporter.

This thing is really helping me so much now. 

 

All I have to plug in are words like the whole G thinv

"loneliness" same as deprivation 

"depression" 

". Deprivation    " lack of love or affection and attention 

"   Inadequacy     " low self esteem, feeling inadequate 

"  dispiritedness"  discouragement, absence of encouragement, motivation, upliftment, absence of support and boosting. 

Because all i  have to do is just plug in those words and i realize my state of mind.

Im going to describe 2 concepts here. 

One is Emotional Cleansing. 

And the other is Emotional Upliftment 

Emotional cleansing is getting rid of toxic emotions and toxic causes. 

Emotional upliftment is like a juice that nourishes you. It's a supply that is needed to feel active, loved, supported and emotionally energized everyday. 

Everyday you need to feel emotionally energized in order to feel active and motivated in life. 

I have to ask myself, "Do i feel emotionally energized today?" 

 

 

Emotional cleansing - - - - - leads to-- - - - >emotional freedom and less damage or impact of toxic emotional states. Helps to recognize toxic states, helps to heal faster, saving oneself from damage or further damage. 

 

Emotional upliftment - - - - leads to- - - - - - >you feel emotionally energized and motivated to do things and helps heal or prevent toxic emotional buildup.

So the next concept is normalization and rationalization. 

A manipulative tactic used to make a person feel like a certain pattern of behavior or conduct is normal and even rationalizing and justifying it. 

An  example of this behavior is seen in modern society where in certain groups pedophilia is normalized and even rationalized or eden justified

Cognitive dissonance is like pure evil. 

It destroys everything 

It creates shadows. 

It creates constant emptiness, tension and sometimes depression 

When you experience intense dissonance, you feel like life is a maze and you feel helpless feeling not able to figure out stuff. This leaves you with despair 

Cognitive dissonance that arises in childhood and teenage is especially difficult to resolve and spans for many years almost till the end of life

Emotional aggression. 

Aggression is of 2 types imo. One is active where it can be physical. The other is Emotional aggression or psychological where it can be both passive and active. Passive emotional aggression is where a person is using silent attack that is you will need to distill that person's words to come to the specific conclusion that this person was indirectly trying to put you down but by using softer language. Whereas in active emotional aggression a person uses direct abusive language for example, "you're ugly" etc. An example of passive emotional aggression can be trying to indirectly imply that you are damaged or unhealthy in some way but not using your reference directly. It's important to read between the lines. Words of a person are very indicative of a person's mindset, opinions, intentions and choices in life. What appears sweet at first might be manipulative and a veiled form of attack. Obviously the person convinces you that all intentions are good, however people with good intentions do not resort to veiled attacks but show empathy, understanding, maturity and actually try to help than just being judgemental morons. People who just watch you suffer and pass commentary from a high horse are not exactly your friends. They are just watching and perhaps enjoying the show of your life. Contradictory behavior patterns are a big sign of passive gaslighting and passive attacks. They are toxic to the listener's mental health. Your true friend is a person is who has your back selflessly, a person who shows emotion, compassion and action in trying to bring a positive change in your life. If not then he is just another judgemental spectator who is not adding anything to your life but just draining your energy. Stay away from energy vampires and energy vultures who drain your energy for their satisfaction and ego
