Hey, Ego. Why do you Worry?

@Nahm This is a minimalistic piece of art. She expressed what she wanted and left it that. ;)

@Pamela Zamora Because you care about what people think about you and think they have something valuable to show you

Spirituality is any movement towards the Unnamable. Everything is spiritual.

The only true way out Resistance is going into it because any way out of it is staying in it.

The purest life possible is surrendering to the Absolute.

@Pamela Zamora Because we're driving infinitely fast and the guy behind the steering wheel is blind.

Bearing with the conditioned in gentleness, fording the river with resolution, not neglecting what is distant, not regarding one's companions; thus one may manage to walk in the middle. H11L2

The egos natural state is worry. The byproducts of worry is anticipation (of something in the future) and regret :) Without worry you would know yourself as the light of Gods love, so whenever you worry, focus instead upon your hearts love or the breathe; to retrain you mind.

Don’t worry, be happy!

Feel your hearts embrace of this moment of existence, and your love will awaken in everything you perceive ❤️

@Nahm @Nahm @Solace @isabel @tsuki

This is what ego wrote down, after contemplating:

As long as I am identifying with this ego, fear=worry dictates my life. It is as if the ego needed to feel afraid of death, and she sees death as the lack of significance in this worldly world. That is all that ego wants: to feel powerful, to feel big, to have the fame, the money, the possessions, and all the worldly world objects that she deludes herself to believe these unreal things are going to help her achieve immortality. The ultimate fear of death drives the worries, and as long as the ego doesn't understand the fact that this whole set up is an illusion, it will keep on desiring immortality. It will keep on being afraid, worrying over nothing

@Pamela Zamora Don't blame the ego. Ego is innocent.

Ego simply fights for whatever you feel is important. It is a watchdog. It is doing its job.
It is the best watchdog there is, because it will even protect whatever is important to you from you.
It does that because you make the ego your enemy, and in doing so you make yourself its enemy.
That is because you are your ego.

To transcend the ego does not mean to permanently kill it.
You can kill it to see a glimpse, but you are supposed to understand it by seeing how it's like when it's gone.
The ego always comes back, because it is the most loyal watchdog there is.
Make friends with it and form a team. That is what transcendence is. 1+1=3.

Ego needs acceptance and unconditional love. This in turn becomes its discipline as it surrenders and reconnects to the higher-self and becomes a whole as one. This gives Ego assurance of its infinite nature and fear dissolves into love.
