Nobody else can become a model for your life, because you are unique. Nobody has there been ever who was exactly like you.

Jesus says: Seek and ye shall find; ask and it shall be given to you; knock and the doors shall be opened unto you.
He is not saying to imitate. He is not saying that become a Christian and the doors shall be opened unto you. He is not saying that I have knocked on the doors and opened them for you. He is saying that knock and the doors shall be opened unto you. And everybody has to knock, because everybody has to enter by different doors. People are so unique, people are individuals.

What are you even talking about? Often he talks about how he uses those techniques all the time. I don't believe that it's an issue for Leo to become enlightened. He has his own things and youtube to take care of that leads him to not getting enlightened quickly. If he "had the freedom to", I bet he could use his intuition more and become enlightened if he wished to. I think he uses too little intuition for enlightenment to come quickly.

I FOUND THAT IT'S USEFUL TO BE A BIT PLURALISTIC REGARDING PERSPECTIVES ON ENLIGHTENMENT

I've accepted the fact that Leo and I see Enlightenment very differently.  And this is probably indicative of all Perspectives taken as a whole.  So, we do need to become more pluralistic regarding how we think of conceptual systems of Enlightenment.  Each Enlightened person is gonna have their own stories, so to speak.  But, I think one of the roles of teaching is to try to nudge someone to help them make sure they aren't stuck.  So, the teacher, even though he or she is coming from a Perspective, is nudging people from his or her Perspective to see if they hit a growth point.  And that's how we learn from teachers.  But to think your conceptual system of Enlightenment is the 'one right' way, I've found, is simply unsustainable and myopic.  Each Enlightened Perspective has its own unique Conceptual Understanding of Enlightenment.  So, I don't really care if people disagree with me.  What I'm trying to do is teach from my Perspective.  I enjoy sharing my Perspective, and I also enjoy sharing on other Perspectives too, although sometimes the Ego of my Conceptual Understanding gets triggered because it wants to be the 'one right' Perspective.  I see that in myself and in others.  The difference between me and others is, a lot of people are not even aware of this kind of Egoic need to be the 'one right' Perspective.  So, the Framework of Pluralism regarding Perspective is something I've found useful to teach.  And that's a very Tier-Two framework as well, especially for Stage Turquoise.

he's doing it one way, that being leo's way

I'm having a feeling you think enlightenment is about doing something, following a way

enlightenment happens inside, it is what encompasses daily reality

some dude may enlighten by medating in a cave for 20 years , some other might enlighten by doing all sorts of thing, some might enlighten by studying the nature of ants, some might enlighten by writing books, watching porn,  swimming

you can find your enlightenment anywhere, its not in this physical world, its who we are,its our divine nature and we all have our own ways of awakening

@TheSomeBody Each of the paths you mentioned point to the exact same enlightenment.
The essence, or the methods, of these traditions are equivalent because they share the same effect.
Contradiction you point out may occur only within their dogmas, but these have nothing to do with enlightenment.
Logic that explicates the contradiction is precisely what needs to be transcended in this work.

@TheSomeBody You have to find what works for you, so trying multiple practices / approaches is pretty wise. Most egos refuse to allocate that kind of time, and most minds are too closed to even consider it.

I resonate. This just seems to be healthy!
