How do I self-actualize?

5 posts in this topic

I'm a bit lost here. I've got Leo and his amazing content, but the development is not consistent. Is there a personal development plan, strategy or some sort that i could implement to make it more like a project and less like dabbling?

Do you know those doors that open by themselves when people come and go? You are already at the door, but you just dont realize it, so you come here looking for the way. You are already you, but your ideas of having to be something else, that you are somehow incomplete or lacking in some aspect makes you search for the missing piece to finish your puzzle, which keeps your puzzle incomplete as you perceive it as such. But you are lost, so it is natural to look for a map. All i can tell you is to sit down until you can sit while standing, practice stillness until you can be still while moving, do nothing until you can do nothing while doing anything. Actually dont do that, just do what you do, but try to be aware what you do and why you do it as you do it. Or don't, i cannot tell you anything you do not already know, so stop listening to the words of a fool and just be whatever comes naturally.

You have video how to start with self actualization

There is nothing safe with playing it safe.

You've got all the resources at your finger tips, and so now it's up to you to create the plan and the strategy to find the best way forward.

From my own experience, I would say a journal is a brilliant place to start. Just start writing everything, and you will be writing your way into a self actualised life by strategising, reflecting, contemplating your past, and visualising your ideal future. And whatever stage you are at on your journey, there will likely be an actualised.org video that will be your perfect guide. But it's up to you to do the heavy lifting.
