I'm thinking about doing an at home kriya retreat maybe you could do something like that ?

Spend some time writing out goals and mediatating. 

Before people recive initiation many go to a quite area outside ( camping or lodging)  for a few days and meditate, spending time contemplating on its meaning and clearing themselves ready for initiation.
