Hey. In Leo's video about jealousy, he says to study " the ego" to dissolve your self esteem issues. My question is, what are the books for this? Are the books from Leo's list "Consciousness, Enlightenment & Spirituality"?

I would specifically recommend Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now and after that A New Earth. Or you could even study Buddhism in general to learn about moving beyond the ego.
