Hello to all, I´m doing big changes in my life like starting to eat healthy, avoiding suggar and stuff. Also I quitted watching porn for a week (I have been masturbating  almost for a decade).

 Im starting to do a routine based on pushups and flexions at home cause I dont practice any sport at all.

I´m doing all this beacuse I want to feel better about myself and work in my life, but also becuase I last like 3 minutes in bed. Spend more time in nature and or doing activities that allow you to be more "in the moment" this in turn will be your meditation, find what you enjoy that is not on screens or devices or similar things that stimulate the mind too much and creates unnatural excessive thinking.

@toth7, you gotta learn how to relax and breath deeply during sex. The problem is that you are probably very tense so you build up a lot of energy at your penis very quickly. Then it becomes too much for you and you come. So learn to breath deeply, relax your perineum and relax. Also, ironically enough, it really helps if you start caring less about cumming early. This just adds to the tension in your body and thus adds to the energy becoming too much. You can practice this deep breathing and relaxing the perineum during masturbation. 

this problem will probably take some time to go away, so also find some work arounds. If you're almost cumming maybe stop and start eating some pussy or start fingering. And while you're doing that, practice deep breathing.

I got you. I have been suffering for this since last year(as some replies above, it is not necessarily a physical problem, i think your problem is more related with a psychological issue). @Recursoinominado you need to strengthen the muscle that holds back urine by clenching and releasing it several times a day. Then, you need to hold back ejaculation for a few days at least to achieve the desired effect. You can practice on your own.

I guess there are various traditional practices to desensitize the penis, but I've never tried them.

Another reason may be an inhibition of your male agression. From personal experience I found that connecting deeper to my agression has made sex more enjoyable and allowed me to step deeper in my masculine essence.
