What is emotional labour?

This term gets used in Leo's videos a lot. To exert emotional labour. Sometimes i seem to get it. But sometimes it seems to me like it means to suppress one's emotions to get something done. Can someone shine some light on this? Including any nuances associated with the term?

Nah, the opposite. It means getting something done despite the heavy emotions coming up and letting them happen while you push through them.
