The whole point of Spiral Dynamics is to differentiate between stages of development and awakening. They are not always correlated.

At around 2:26 of Jay's clip, I do suspect that when he said,

"We want to keep chasing love, but we don't actually want to fall into it,"

I highly suspect that this is a pointer to the Satori. Fall into it refers to becoming the No-self and transforming and falling back into your ego, which of course is your body & the world. Then, there is this massive bliss for the ego, indicating to the ego that it is in the to love realm, which is earth. That means our purpose has to be aligned with love when we go through life. Life is the school. Hopefully, we will learn this lesson, apply it, and graduate from life.

@Neorez I wouldn't even put her in Green. If you just spend a little time checking out her content on youtube you can clearly see that she has psychological issues, she spent 13 years in an abusive cult before she escaped. You don't just leave a cult like that and have no issues, There are lots of allegations against her. If you just spend a small bit time doing research on her you can see she is a Fake. she has all the spiritual lingo to impress but she probably learned all of this when she was in her cult. She might not have Cult yet but its heading that way or maybe its already happening. These Types of Fake spiritual teachers are very dangerous because they can confuse people and lead them off the path and can cause a lot of damage.

Leo, one question. Although Shinzen Young was saying in a video that there are many facets of the 10 Ox Herding Pics, one can't just interpret it whatever way he/she wants or feels like it. It is metaphoric of enlightenment. It will only make sense if it's realized. What do you think? 

I asked because someone in the forum said that this story is "exclusive." Well, he's right in a way because paradoxically, we are all enlightened. In that case, why even bother looking at the 10 Ox Herding Pics? Surely, there has to be a good reason for the 10 Ox Herding Pics to be written like that and pointing to something. Otherwise, it wouldn't exist.

I may be to naive and overly optimistic to post this video here, but I still want to give it a shot.

I could not find a better video to mention the term cross training but I believe this term is extremely valuable.

The idea of cross training is that a person becomes better by learning other roles and skills that are related to the role that one is currently fulfilling... (Escaping the boxes defined through dualities...)

This allows for greater perspectives (yellow) but also for greater synthesis of knowledge and skills (turquoise), allowing for bigger picture. Cross training also opens one's mind.

He gives more information about the Satori, explaining not just the positive sides to it, but the downsides. If you get a career that you like, it's not likely that you'll be able to share it with others there. Who would be interested? It's probably not allowed. You are only there to do your job. It's a conflict of interest. It's more likely that you'll be able to share it through a life purpose if you get creative and cunning with it. Don't push it at others, but find a way to express it there so that it could be "planted as a seed" in ppl's minds.
