Chase 2 rabbits catch neither?

So,

I feel depressed without a GF, I dont feel connected to my friends, my business is failing, my relationships w my parents are horrible and I'm deeply anxious everyday. I also want to follow my purpose and live by my top 10 values. My diet is shit too. 

What do I do? 

:)

I want to solve them all! What should I start? Is it too much to do all at once? I'm thinking to do a little bit of all of them a day. But perhaps this will backfire? I can't not have them all :( Not having one affects the other. 

I don't really have alternatives right now. Giving up unfortunately is not an option.
