I think his videos on mindfulness and awareness is what you're looking for. In my understanding of these concepts they are opposite to daydreaming

Practice being mindful during your day. focus on your direct experience. it seems like your "inner seeing" is most dominant. so learn to become aware of that.

Focus on the solution, not the problem

There is forum for people who suffer from what's called "Maladaptive Daydreaming". It's called Wild Minds. I used to have an issue with it myself, and it was good to hear things from others who had the same problem.

But that was just a small step in the right direction. Ultimately, what really helped me let go of it was listening to various spiritual teachers that helped me open my mind up for certain issues to be processed. That was what was causing my Maladaptive Daydreaming because I kept trying to resolve things on a level they couldn't be resolved from my previous level of consciousness. And once I let go of certain non-truths that I was clinging to, the need to disassociate and be in my head all the time naturally fell away.

Are you struggling with self-sabotage and CONSTANTLY standing in the way of your own success?

If so, and if you're looking for an experienced coach to help you discover and resolve the root of the issue, you can click this link to schedule a free discovery call with me to see if my program is a good fit for you.
