I think this guy is entering stage yellow . This video is yellow through stage orange structure . 

He explains orange and green ideas , and what makes me think that he is entering yellow is because he is talking from personal experience.  He is understanding the structures of these ideas , he is understanding the system . There is a big difference between belief and personal experience.  He is also trying to get into poor people (mindset) shoes (in hes own arogant way hehe). Etc. 

I assume all this because he is me . This is my understanding projected onto him . To understend yellow is to be at yellow . And every understanding is relative and subjecive !  I love it !

Life Journey is real, but we need to go inward. We need(If we want to) to raise our consciousness . There is no external journey . We are the journey . But through "external life journey" (selfactualization) we find out that it is an illusion . 

 

Why this is a good idea for orange to evolving into green . 

In this case orange believes that life journey is external materialistic world where we chase for rewords that stage orange ego wants , but doesent realize that they are living an illusion(in this case ideology) that is created by orange society ego .

The best way to emerge into green and integrate it is to :

1. see that this way of seeing the life journey is not fulfilling and stop exhausting your self with orange values by deconstructing them

2. throw away your mask and integrate your shadow 

3. and comfort your self  in a way better feeling ideology ( im integrating green, oh it feels so nice / in compering it to my orange believes that im invastigating, and that are stoping me relex and embrace my femenine  )

This is why I named my channel Alchemy 21. sentry 

I will try and introduce orange to green values , by making them integrate orange first . People in Serbia are not so high on the spiral and masllow hierarchy ( ther are not educated for healthy blue , ogrange values, and ofcourse cant study because they are trying to survive the narcisitic toxic country). They are highly blue and forced into orange by the marketing . So if you mix green values in orange structures as a belief it might work . I will try out that system . ( correct me if im wrong , Im just starting to learn about SD). What do you think about that idea ? Thank you Actualized.org , you helped me find my LP <3

This video also remaids me of misinterpretation of blue and below on the spiral of the alchemical process where you chaise for gold, and luckily realize that  it was there where you started hahah full circle And then you truely understand what the Alchemists or Mistics were talking about ! Ahaaaa, it is just like in the book "The Alchemist " , this is why this book moved me emotionally so much ! I was looking for enlightenment!  And thanks too Actualized.org I now had more  then 10 mystical experiences! <3

He's pretty Yellow.

I shouldn't have to share that I'm black but because of what I'm sharing below, context is important. Been stage green for the past 15 years or so (starting late high school), funny enough a few years ago when I was learning and practicing advaita vedanta was also consuming self orange material to have the tools needed to become financially independent...anyway, went down the alt right rabbit hole out of curiosity and began to understand how "evil" can be rationalized with logic. Certain facts about the material world are denied and discussing these in stage green circles results in accusations of being lower in the spiral and less developed. 

However, 2 years ago, I stumbled upon the Glenn Loury Show (often featuring John McWhorter), two ivy league professors (Glenn Loury- Economics,  & John McWhorter- Linguistics) whose podcast has been running for nearly 15 years and is the best stage yellow material I have come across when it comes to race. And for the record, neither of them are republican though Glenn Loury used to be until the mid 90s.

Incredibly well said. Great example of 'transcend and include' as well, which also demonstrates a core difference between the statistical approaches of Orange and Yellow. I might also emphasize to Green that adopting a Vegan or a highly Eco-conscious lifestyle in a developed country like the United States is something of a privilege, and that there's a number of constraints that make this an unrealistic option for ordinary people who may be living in food-deserts, lacking in education, or facing survival challenges that make your values inimical to their way of life.
