Informative Joe Rogan Podcast about Sleeps effect on your Life

I listened to Matthew Walker's book after watching that episode. I'd say save your time and money and just watch the podcast. The book just goes into more detail on all the same topics. Detail that's unnecessary for the average Joe. Great episode of the podcast though! It's definitely made me take my sleep more seriously.

Interesting science for sure. He does fail to address the metaphysical component of sleep but that's to be expected.

The metaphysical component comes into place after awakening. 

Sleeping 8h every day is just a cultural thing for the enlightened ones. 

Once in full harmony, sleep was just a sleeping stage in life.
