People's goals in different stages of spiral dynamics?

I developed an assumption about different goals people have on different stages of the spiral dynamics model. My guess is that up to and including stage green people's goals are exclusively avoiding pain and seeking pleasure in that order. 

Stage yellow people's goal is to live a life of virtues and ideals which they know they cannot reach 100% and are fine with this.

Turquoise overcome totally the concept of having a goal.

I would be very interested about your thoughts on this assumption?

Its my impression that it's Orange that looks for pleasure. 

Green is more about making sacrifices for the greater good. 

Stage Yellow is about combining the ambition and efficiency of Orange with the sustantainability and authenticity of Green. 

Atleast that's my concept of things.
