Love the story!

It was after some very intense meditation when I had this lovely insight.

So as a person seeking spiritual awakening it sure does feel like the greatest obstacle to overcome is non other than your ego(sense of self). This chatter mind is quite the trickster and silencing the mind by the means of raising awareness is one hell of a practice. Well for me atleast. After numerous attempts of silencing the mind and it's ego, I decided to stop because this had caused a temporary split and I feared a permanent one. But of course knowing I had failed this caused great depression. How was I ever going to reach the state of peace?

Love the story.

When watching a very cool movie you would usually find a hero and a villain. And we usually tend to favor the hero instead of the bad guy, in fact if we are really consumed by the story then we would find ourselves completely hating the bad guy and hope for absolute justice or victory for our hero but then at the end of the story we would be fully conscious of the fact that it was just a movie or a performance then we would love the story because it was so dramatic and a work of art. So to get to the point - the drama was created by the roles of the hero and villain. Without the good the wouldn't be the bad and without the bad the wouldn't be the good.

We are so consumed by this "dream" that we can't even see the beauty of it all. We hate the ego so much that we can't even appreciate the story that as consciousness we are simply witnessing. We are trying to eliminate the ego by the means of removing the illusion of the separate self but we are not aware that this very act is strengthening the duality. But if we would appreciate the beauty in this story then this would be love which is itself a non dual expression.

Long story short SURRENDER YOURSELF instead of hating the ego and you will see the beauty of GOD'S story (dream). Peace ^_^

We are the ego

The we as we know it, is the ego. Beyond this there is one I.

I am an ego and so are you. We are egos.

Once you remove the person you will truly appreciate the beauty of the universe. 9_9

If you would just start with something small, for instance a work of art like your favorite painting ?, screenplay or music such as your favorite song. Then really focus on that art and it's beauty and while you at it try to remove the person(the ego that claims to have created that work) so that you may be aware of the universe's intelligence.

Just open your heart and you will open your mind!
