To Sit Or Not To Sit?

I've been remaining mindful throughout the days, but I haven't committed to a meditation routine.

I have a meditation bench that was a gift from a friend of the family.

I'm writing this here, now, so that I can set down a simple goal.

And that is to meditate twice daily for 30 minutes a session to begin with.

I'll update any noteworthy changes in mood, improvements of any kind.
