Sorry about that. I misunderstood. Basically, I think the variety of different interpretations that can be applied to his words is part of his tactic for getting people to move back toward a patriarchal, traditionalist social structure. He's very intelligent so he knows what to say and what not to say to give him plausible deniability and an appeal to a mainstream audience including people on the right, middle, and moderate left.
