Resting Hormone Levels

Does anyone have any techniques to improve your baseline dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, testosterone etc.  I feel like becoming more emotional in general is a net positive.  Lately, I've been bored at clubs, bored of cold approaching girls, and even bored of one night stands.  Being emotionless affects your enjoyment with friends, girls, work, and day to day life in general.  I have a lot of tips, and would like to see if anyone has more techniques to share.  Especially internal techniques, like perhaps a meditation method or something?

 

Here's my current list:

NoFap - This works really well, but you eventually flatline out, and it has it has other drawbacks too, like I can't last as long or reload as quickly after sex.  I usually want the girl out immediately after I finish.  Sometimes, you can even get erectile dysfunction from NoFap.  You're body just isn't as used to producing hormones.

 

Exercise  

  • Lifting boosts testosterone. 
  • Running boosts endorphins.  That's why see you see so many morning runners.  Wake up, run, and then kickass all day.
  • Running does produce cortisol, but your system gets better at eliminating it too.
  • Competitive sports are extremely stimulating, and winning kicks ass.  The more you play, the more primal you are.

 

Massages/Physical Contact

  • It releases oxytocin, just like heroin.
  • I personally believe this is why women are always hugging their friends, boyfriends, and children.  
  • It's also why I like to snuggle and cuddle.  It feels good to have a girl lay her head on your chest.  It's a really refreshing way to wake up.
  • It's also why the cat purrs.

 

Cold Showers

Try it, see how you feel when you dry off and get dressed.  Supposedly it puts you in the direction of fearlessness and boosts testosterone levels.

 

Visualization

If I spend 10 minutes a day to visualize myself banging two girls at once, I start getting erections at random times of day, like we all did in out teens and 20s. Random boners are my favorite part of the day. 

 

Cold Approach

If you're too nervous to approach girls, this works really well and you reap massive benefits.  The more scared you are, the better it works, and the more benefits you will feel.  However, if you stop, the drop-off is steep, and needing to approach people all the time is a nuisance, especially if you become emotionless, which is really lame.

 

Steak/Salmon

It definitely makes you feel more masculine, and masculine emotions like pride are badass.  This is an expensive habit to maintain, and I keep hearing there are health problems associated with red meat.
