It happened to me too when I was in some of my lowest points in life to trash talk or listen to rap music. It felt satisfying as it helped me to release anger and hate. I can still watch or play violent video games or search for brutal movie scenes on youtube when I feel bad.

Certainly possible. You'd have to look through more videos of his to find his darker, lower moments -- if they exist.

That specific video clip is pure Orange. Great example.

Although I even see some Green in that clip where he is caring towards his employees. Many pure Orange bosses would not treat their employees so kindly with positive feedback. Compare to Gordon Ramsey. I'd bet Gary has at least 20% Green.

Yes, Blue cant see the difference between debauchery and debauchery, its all sin to them, theres a big difference between being morally decent Orange indulging in the good life vs being Red and doing the same. 

and thats why Blue is so important as a stepping stone to Orange, without Blue structure you become "evil" Orange or red/Orange. If youre from a decent enough country you were so young when you learned Blue morals that you take them for granted, its the emotion you feel that prevents you from beating a person to death when he cuts you off in the grocery store line. 

So youll will usually see some Red criminal going to prison finding Jesus and becoming Blue.
