I haven't really watched it, but Dr Phil feels Green to me.

Of course all mainstream self-help shows are heavily monetized with an Orange biz model and place a strong emphasis on Orange achievement advice because that's what sells and what people crave.

So even if Dr Phil himself is Green, the corporate execs running his show probably push him to go Orange a lot.
