Seek and you shall find

6 posts in this topic

One of Jesus's teachings is "Seek and you shall find". What does this refer to?

In reality when I seek for an object external to me I only increase my chances of finding,  but those may still be very low. For example seeking money or a substance. The way Jesus put it is like you will find 100% of the time, obviously false.

So what is that thing Jesus refers to when saying "Seek and you shall find" or "Ask and you shall receive". Seeking and asking only increase the odds, but doesn't mean you will find/receive.

If he means the true self, then shouldn't it be phrased as "Seek yourself and you shall find", since obviously this motto doesnt apply to objects? However there's problems with this as well since the self cannot be found, as it is the one looking.

Is it just a buncha lies?

1 Kings 19:12

''After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper.''

Is referring to the breath, that fine whistle that come out when you blow up the air in the sinuses, very gently.

Disciple: Tell me the meaning! What am i?

Zen Master: Seek and youll shall find

Disciple: But But...

Zen Master: Shhhhh

Dont look at me! Look inside!

Jehova is nothing more than the allegory of the 4th Chakra/Air. Jesus the allegory of the 6th Chakra/Light and Satan the allegory of 1st Chakra/Earth.

It's like law of attraction. Whatever you resist is attracted as well, so you are bound to learn lessons that way. So if you're a "true seeker", whatever is most important to ask for you is shown to you.

For example if one asks how to become enlightened and the question frustrates them, they have found their answer. The frustration is what they were looking for.

It is a beginners class, he was talking to the people who had even not started seeking.

He was not taking about money and objects. He was talking about kingdom of heaven.

Seeking is out of desire. Seeking is for a future goal, but if you don't start seeking, how will drop it?
