I started reading Nietzsche's book "Thus Spoke Zarathustra". I find enjoyable his views on morality and "self-actualization". But one thing that made me really disappointed was on how biased was his views on women: very patriachal and somewhat misogynistic. Something that he clearly bought from his own culture. Ironically. Because he's against indoctrination by society.

 

Here's an example:

"The happiness of a man says: I will. The happiness of a woman says:he wills. ‘Behold, just now the world became perfect!’ – Thus thinks everywoman when she obeys out of total love. And a woman must obey and find a depth for her surface. Surface is a woman’s disposition, a flexible, stormy skin over shallow water. i‘d say he‘s getting some basic stuff about purple and red - not actually a blue topic, maybe the conclusions from that.

@Bernardo Carleial nietzsche was an incel he had a really difficult relationship to women and never had a relationship in sense of lasting love affair. he was physiologically sick and couldn’t heal it, as medicine didn’t have a solution for him in that time - he might have had some brilliant ideas or thoughts but he was a deeply conflicted and unhappy person and unable to liberate himself from that suffering.

you could read when nietzsche wept for a different perspective, it’s also about freud and breuer.
