Difference between neurotic personality and non neurotic persinality

What do you guys think is the difference between Neurotic and Non neurotic personality?

Personally i feel Neurotic personality views life as "Making life work" as to the Non neurotic personality which views it as "Letting life work".

well, you can "make" a cake or you can "let" the cake make itself. 

but, you can make whatever distinctions you want as long as they're helping you and you're not just doing mental masturbation.

I think neurotic person is ignorant to how life works and is trying to control things that cant be controled thinking that their world view is correct and everybody should accept and act like they want...

I dont think a non-neurotic person lets life just do what ever it wants without putting a stop to it.

Im a non neurotic person (ego alert) and I still do things, I still take initiative, I take the lead, Im not scared of being first.

I guess the biggest difference is I dont try to control other people in trying to do what I want them to do, I just try to influence them  

I dont get angry if things dont go my away, I can cope with them, on the contrary a neurotic person gets very angry at himself, even self-hate because he thinks its his fault and there is something damaged within him, so, when something proves that, the rage starts.

A neurotic person gets angry at others if they judge their work ability.

A neurotic person gets agitated when a deadline is close, even agitated (possible hand tremors).

A neurotic person gets stressed easily for work.

A neurotic person gets stressed in the workplace if there is an argument there.
