@louvar He talks about our corrupt consumer culture and how Science, The Health System, Agriculture and The Legal System all revolve around money instead of conscious altruistic betterment for we monkeys and our habitat.

He talks about self actualization and how young men should / could become coaches, basically sages, to guide others.

Though he doesn't use the term Self Actualization nor Sage. He doesn't use the term Ego but basically talks about how we will begin to awaken as a whole race and ascend what we are now. Light shining onto the darkness etc etc. Spiral Dynamics . .  upwards unto yellow and turquoise.
