Adaptogens

Looking for insights into experimenting with them.

websites, books, experiences, pictures of pantries etc would be great!

theres are many threads on psychedelics so I thought I’d enquirer further on myselium and mushrooms

was considering using 4sigmatic.com to start my journey on testing the benefits since they are convenient. 

Havent found many other websites selling powdered packs convenience, home made ingredients either and I’m always scepticle of the placebos or taking capsule forms of products ...since placebos and such.

Beware of mixing adaptogens like Rhodiola rosea with Magic Mushrooms. Such combo can potentiate the experience.

I would shy away from the commercial websites and ready-made capsules, etc. You can buy any plant you imagine over the internet and prepare it yourself. There are special cups to easily make brews and capsule machaines that allow you to save $$$ and control dosage to the miligram.

I like to make myself a Butterbur brew to find relief in allergy symptoms, without the typical histamine drugs side-effects. It has it's own side-effects though.

Well, they have a lot of physiogical benefits for greater health, everything works a little different for everyone its meta physical a matter of perspective

Any websites that you know of? I ? couldn’t find any in a quick search, may have to go forageing haha

I probably won't help you, I am from Poland, to find and buy plant material I use https://www.magicznyogrod.pl/. They have everything. Don't look for websites that sell adaptogens, but herbs generally and look for adaptogens category. Or just Google the name of the substance after researching it.

To research a plant you can go to PubMed https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/ and type it's name here. You will get a lot of abstracts of experiments involving that plant.
