Chess player Giving up his Queen

Correct me if I'm wrong. Leo mentioned a quote in his infinite intelligence video that resonated me, " infinite intelligence is like a chess player giving up his queen moves ahead just to checkmate you " this idea makes sense to me. If reality is a happening why is not possible we invented ourselves?

i say it's a result of our past life and karmic purpose to why we designed ourselves in the circumstances we're in

I see this reality as grace period, that's why it's called the Information Age. We're meant to know and understand ourselves/ express ourselves. I feel this life's a chance to develop enough love  so we can ascend to what's greater than this after death
