Philosophical zombie

For the last couple of meditation sessions I tried taking the concept of a philosophical zombie and then substract it from myself. Such a human could have thoughts and emotions or he couldnt function in the world, the only thing lacking is the awareness experiencing all of it. I try to get a real sense of it. I guess this is simmilar to Neti-Neti, maybe its helpful for someone.
