I'm so proud of you all for getting together and doing this <3 Sleeping on the floor is huge: lucid dreaming, better quality sleep. Diet means more energy; although with an unstable emotional/mental body it can be hard to pull off 20 hours of fasting.

Love to you all so much, and I wish you all the luck and motivation to do this!
