Feeling almost back to normal

Thank you guys so much for all of your love and support!

I am feeling a lot better today. I stayed out all day yesterday and went for a nice long run. It was all very relaxing.

I was worried about spending time with my friend's mom, but it ended up being really nice. There was moment towards the end of my visit, where I finally broke down. She came and held me, and we just both stayed there crying for what feels like forever. She told me she doesn't blame me... That she will always be here for me if I need someone... It got really emotional, but I think I really needed it.

I'm feeling a lot better than I have been the past few days. Have been trying to meditate every free, quiet moment I have had, I don't feel tight in my chest anymore. I feel very light. 

Again, thank you guys. I don't think I could have done this without everything I have learned from you.

After class, I invited 5 of my best girls in college and they came over to my house,we hang out,it was fun!

They are pretty awesome sometimes

My daughter was with me for a little yesterday and she kept asking me if I was okay, she is so thoughtful lol but after the 10th "yes, I'm fine" it can get a little old

Oh yeah, A moment I was able to be really proud of you guys:

So my husband texted earlier today out of the blue, "Hey, are you and Evey ok?"

You have to understand that normally, I am a pretty defensive person, especially when it comes to my husband asking me stupid questions like this. My normal response would have been "What do you care?" or something equally as shitty with maybe a few more curse words lol

But I took a deep breath and told myself 'if you want things to get better, fighting won't help' and only replied a simple "yes, we are here whenever you want to come home." I swear that took everything in me to not be a bitch about it! But he replied "maybe I'll stop by for dinner"  I'm trying to not get my hopes up over it, but I was pretty proud of how I chose to handle it this time.

One step at a time, right guys? lol

You're a strong mom. Keep up the good work. Think about what you're going to do for your next steps, like baby steps toward your LP. Now, here's the catch...you do not have to tell anyone about it (LP). Most ppl don't understand. They are definitely not open-minded enough. You're going to have to approach this carefully. You know, you could call it your "hobby." I dunno...just be careful when approaching this. You have a future with your daughter together.
