My son has low eye vision and wearing specs siche when he was 3 years old, i wnated to know that when my son will  growup can i do LASIK operation of his eye ??

You can also try MSM, Sea Salt and Colloidal Silver solution or just the first two with Distilled water i have heard works quite effective overtime but not sure if its going to correct poor vision on its own, you will need to do many exercises like bates method and work of Todd Becker and healthy diet/lifestyle changes depending on how severe the condition.

I know Urine is the most effective treatment as your own bodies intelligence and self-correcting itself cannot be beaten but not everyone is there yet so thought I'd throw a secondary option i have heard about.

Look into the work of Dr Bates (Bates eye method). I haven't tried it myself but definitely would if I had eyesight problems. 

Once you go through a surgery, there is no way back and permanent success is not guaranteed.

You should take the advice of an ophthalmologist because they can tell you about LASIK operation better as compared to others.
