How difficult is it to break boundaries?

As you go deeper into meditation your breathing becomes slower and slower. If you go and observe animals, those animals whose breathing is very slow live long. These so-called yogis who go on breathing less and less, and slower, only slow down the process of life. They are less alive, that's all. They live almost like a tree.

People like Devraha Baba are living on half their normal food. They eat only once, and that too in a very miserly way, yet they can live double. Because when you don't get enough food your life flame burns low; instead of gaining intensity it starts gaining length.

Food is fuel: if you eat less you will be thin, if you eat less you will have less sexual desire, if you eat less you will have less possibility of being angry, if you eat less you will live at a very minimum level of life. You can live long, but this is not life.

In colder countries people live longer than in the hotter countries. And that was one of the reasons why the escapist monks found it a great attraction to go to the Himalayan caves; it is a natural way of living a frozen life.

Seneca writes:

"It is not that we have a short time to live, but that we waste a lot of it. Life is long enough, and a sufficiently generous amount has been given to us for the highest achievements if it were all well invested. But when it is wasted in heedless luxury and spent on no good activity, we are forced at last by death’s final constraint to realize that it has passed away before we knew it was passing. So it is: we are not given a short life but we make it short, and we are not ill-supplied but wasteful of it… Life is long if you know how to use it."

I agree. It is what we do with our time in each moment not so much how long we live. I'd rather live 100 years of excitement, and enlightenment than 1000 years in fear :)

Feel your hearts embrace of this moment of existence, and your love will awaken in everything you perceive ❤️

God gave us a 100 year limit to live. How difficult is it to break boundaries? And the limitations we carry day to day, if it were so difficult, would we not have a longer span to live?

Life is not about you. Did anybody ask you whether you would like to live?

No. You were born into this place without any say in the matter. Don't expect life to give you directions on your limitations.

Bearing with the conditioned in gentleness, fording the river with resolution, not neglecting what is distant, not regarding one's companions; thus one may manage to walk in the middle. H11L2

a longer lifespan is possible

not if you pay attention to a number

if you stay in the present moment, your psychological time will transform, meaningfully, purposefully

your journey accelerates, you meet the right people, new connections, new events, new insights, and there is literally more time just the way if you take shroomz or lsd time is much longer

and you'll live what you live through in a year in a month, and it keeps going and going

sometimes time is so slow I felt id be stuck for eternity in a moment

let me reassure you there is plenty of time to go around!

enlightenment is always abundance

enlightenment is always more, never less

it is up to us to really open our minds ,even if we dont know how its possible it is to have more of everything, let your imagination fill the gap

100 years using 2 chakras (no kundalini). Now imagine if one knows how to use them all, recycle and rejuvenates energy & body.

@Quanty speaking on khundalini, how long should one wait until I move onto Nadi Sodhana?
