A poet, once in a while, suddenly finds himself in the same space as the mystic. On those rare occasions, he is almost a Gautam Buddha – but remember, I’m saying almost.

“You don't necessarily have to write to be a poet. Some people work in gas stations and they're poets. I don't call myself a poet, because I don't like the word. I'm a trapeze artist.”

The best piece of advice I've ever heard!

There is only two things you need to know in life..

*Be nice to other people

*Bob Dylan is the greatest songwriter in modern times

Ok, enough of quotes from Dylan.

The best ones are to find within.

This last quote from Bob highlight that fact!

“Everything that I'm saying
You can say it just as good”

This quote reminds me of a painting by Edward Hopper from 1940 that I love!

It's so peaceful, somewhere in the middle nowhere, LONG before the internet and the mobile phone era.

Something about the quiet mysterious nature of the trees and the sky.

And the gas pumps, the lonely road and the evening light are like perfect expressions of freedom.

I can really imagine someone being a poet/enlightened master in this place.
