Is Inner Engineering by Sadhguru can have effects that Kriya Yoga can Produce?

Because I cannot buy yet the Kriya Yoga book, my money here is not enough, but my money can buy inner engineering of Sadhguru.. I want to know if what advanteges I can have if I buy inner engineering for the meantime before the time I will buy the Kriya yoga book
