Post a comment or opinion or something about inner engineering Of Sadhguru

 I am planning to buy it... is it producing enlightenment? Kundalini, consciousness, and other metaphysical effects to me? That it is beyond physical effects? Or Kriya yoga is better for that?

There is great wisdom to be found in Sadhguru's teachings, but there is also great wisdom in the Tao te Ching, the Bible or lectures of Leo, Adyashanti,  Kriya Yoga or any other source you can think of.

But the greatest source of wisdom lies in yourself, start to spend a much time as you can with you.
