head hurts when i shake it from side to side

I don't know why but my heads started hurting whenever I shake it. Its a mildish pain like a 5/10 but its really annoying, i feel it in my temples and its also caused stiffness in my back and neck.

Any ideas what this could be and any treatments/prevention?

Temples are from my experience related to the emotion of looking down on people or things in sort of a cynical way, so in case you do this a lot there might be pain because of it. It could totally be something else, but this is one option

What did you do? To make your head hurt?

Don't shake it then ??

Google the following and ask someone to help you do both. See if you feel any pain. Normally your doctor would test for these. 

1. Kernig's sign

2 Bruzinski's sign

 

But I would say it is probably cervicogenic headache caused by stressed muscles of your neck or perhaps a long term fixed posture (in front of computer or so). A massage / accupuncture or chirpopractic consultation could help. But definitelly make sure your doctor rules out meningitis, hydrocephalus and raised intercranial pressure.
