Anxious Preoccupied Attachment Style

Can anyone help me with this, what are the ways of dealing with it or maybe even changing it completely?

Right now there are beliefs that follow the anxious ways. Start to challenge these beliefs or rather drop them all together in a way and see if you could come up with something else. There might be all kinds of emotional trauma to be accepted in the way but you really don't have to stay living super anxiously. You will change it once you're willing to change it. You can think about what would make you want to change it, although sometimes the answers can be paradoxical and you need some intuition for it. Learning more etc helps and with anxiety, although this can be a lot to ask, doing what you feel like you should more often helps. Your "should" can be a bit too extreme right now as well.

You can go slow about changing things and learn what works and doesn't through trial and error and books etc. Try to not think so much about why in such a worrying sense but see what works and makes you feel better.
