Very suprised how Sadghuru didnt study Bhagavad Gita/Upanishads however what he says is so true. I feel like we are reading all of these self-help/enlightenment books to reach the goal of no-thought, and its so weird since we spend so much time thinking about how to achieve this, like a paradox i guess. Interesting watch

I got enlightened something, by watching cartoons, movies, religious books, fairy tales/epic dungeons & dragons books.

My husband is the one that helps me I suppose. He has a very unique view of the world in general so when I get into deep conversations with him, I feel like I don't know a single thing, but it's so awesome to learn  I try to not let outside influences effect my views, but I am only human

However reading the books can help you to remind about your spiritual way and motivate you. For me reading in the morning helps me with my focus during the day.
