Extraversion Vs. Introversion: Common Misconceptions

I think people still have a lot of misconceptions on this topic (being shy doesn't equal being introverted) or viewing one as prefferable to the other. 

No one is 100% in each extreme. And being introverted has lots of pros, so you should learn to embrace your type instead of trying to fix it.

Being introverted does not necessarily mean that you are shy.

It does not necessarily mean that you're anti-social.

An introvert can be very social and outgoing.

However, introverts tend to be more reserved. They focus on their inner worlds.

Extroverts tend to be more talkative. They focus on their outer worlds.
